Anzhangfa (Pushing Palms)
Anzhangfa (Push Palm Art) is an evolutionary step up from fixed step push hands. In this method the student learns how to neutralize incoming force from a moving partner who is attempting to push or trip in linear,then circular, walking patterns. The use of internal martial concepts allows practitioners of Jiulong Baguazhang to participate in safe but highly effective learning games that are very valuable for studying self-defence tactics in a non-violent manner.
Shifu Painter will modify the curriculum according to the level of the participants.

Prerequisites:Â Students of this program must be enrolled in the Jiulong Baguazhang Rolling the Pearl:Â Fundamental Principles class, have one year of experience in another style of Baguazhang, or have some familiarity with Taijiquan Push Hands.
